Philosophies:
I am known for my energy and intensity
in training sessions. My sessions are
not for the faint hearted and challenge
people to train at their maximum.
I train clients through endurance,
strength and cardio circuits using sport
conditioning exercises.
Have you ever wanted to complete a
marathon, a triathlon, a surfing/ski
trip or compete at a high level in your
training? I can make you the fittest you
have ever been!
I can train you individually, in pairs
or small groups subject to studio
availability.
