Philosophies:
Your body is a highly complex and
integrated system of systems, which all
work together to keep your body in
balance (homeostasis) when you fall out
of this balance you begin to feel
symptoms and eventually disease or pain.
My philosophy is to take your body back
to that Balance, and from there life is
easier, you feel stronger fitter and
more alive than ever before.
